This article is an oldie but goodie (from 2012) and still as relevant as ever. Yoga has been a growing fad in the past few years that is typically viewed as a safe form of exercise and/or stretching. Although there are potential benefits to practicing yoga such as lowered blood pressure and improved mood among other benefits, a growing body of medical evidence reveals that practicing yoga can be potentially dangerous.
